8@BT: Bukit Sembawang’s Latest Condo Launch Near Beauty World MRT with Exclusive Penthouses and Prime Location

With growing building costs and the developer’s $1,343 psf land purchase cost, Gafoor projects that the selling price for units at 8@BT will probably lie between $2,500 and $2,600 psf.
