Celebrating exceptional real estate market performance at their fifth annual SG Real Estate Agents Excellence Awards on August 16, 2024, the Singapore Estate Agents Association (SEAA) Held at Marina Bay Sands, the event acknowledged 525 local agents in several categories.
Graced the ceremony was Associate Professor Muhammad Faishal Ibrahim, Minister of State for National Development and Home Affairs. Two sessions of awards were held; evening honourees got Platinum and Diamond categories while afternoon awardees earned Silver and Gold Salesperson Achievement Awards.
Senior achievers, industry veterans, and exceptional young agents received particular honours. Celebrated under 28 agents who made at least $120,000 in 2023, the Outstanding Youths Award honours The Rookies Award recognised first-18-month new agents who made at least $80,000. Agents 60 years of age or above who made $100,000 or more in the prior year were recognised with the Seniors Achievers Award.
Minister Faishal underlined the vital part real estate agents play in advising consumers through difficult transactions and defending their rights. He exhorted the sector to uphold strong ethical standards and against dishonest behaviour that would erode public confidence in it.
With more over 600 qualified applicants, SEAA President Adam Wang observed higher involvement in the 2024 medals. He underlined how these honours help to raise industry standards and inspire consumer confidence.
The association keeps helping agents with several projects, including routinely updated professional development courses and a best practices guide on co-broking commissions. Wang reiterated SEAA’s dedication to provide members with the most recent tools and information to succeed in changing economic environment.
